Indian Mallow 
Indian mallow also known for its common name as velvetleaf is a much-branched, half-woody and perpendicular shrub that grows up to meters. The leaves are green color, entire or unequally toothed shape. Its flower is single, yellow in color and opens during evening. It also has a rounded capsule shape fruit. Indian mallow grows in grasslands, gardens and wasted lands.

It will be given in form of decoction for illnesses like bronchitis, diarrhea, inflammation of the bladder, urethra and fevers. For the same process of decoction of the leaves of the velvetleaf is also great for softening of the body part by compressing in the affected area.
  • Boiling the bark of the Indian Mallow and making it into a tea also promotes the flow of the urine.
